If you've already sent tapes to Legacybox, iMemories, Costco, Walgreens, or anywhere else, you have digital files now — but probably still one long, unlabeled video per tape, with 20-100 hours of family history and no way to find one birthday, one person, or one trip without scrubbing through everything by hand.
