If you used Legacybox's mail-in service, you already have digital copies of your tapes — usually one long video file per tape, not much else. KeepFrame takes those existing files and makes them searchable: by event and description, with names and dates when available, instead of one giant clip you have to scrub through by hand. Your originals don't need to go in the mail again.

Getting Your Files From Legacybox
Where your Legacybox files actually are
Legacybox delivers your digitized tapes as MP4 video files — one file per tape — through a USB thumb drive, DVD, or a digital download link (every order includes a 30-day free trial of Legacybox Cloud if you'd rather stream than download). If you went the digital-download route, log into your Legacybox account, open the order, and download the MP4 files directly — you don't need to keep paying for Legacybox Cloud once the trial ends. Whichever way you got them, send us those exact files. We don't need your original tapes back.
