If you digitized through iMemories, your memories are already living in their app or cloud library. KeepFrame can take the video files you already have and make them searchable — by event and description, with names and dates when available — instead of one long file you have to scroll through by hand. Your originals don't need to be mailed anywhere again.

Where your iMemories files actually are
iMemories keeps your digitized videos inside its own iMemories Cloud app by default — that's how most customers watch them day to day. But you're not locked in: every order includes free downloads of your "digital masters," the original unedited video files. Log into imemories.com, open each memory, and use the download option to save the actual video files to your computer. Send us those downloaded files — we don't need your iMemories subscription or your original tapes.
