We take those files and turn them into something you can actually search — by event and description, with names and dates when available. No need to send your tapes out again, we just need the files you've already got.
Getting Your Files From Kodak Digitizing
Where your Kodak Digitizing files actually are
If you chose the digital-download option with your Kodak Digitizing Box order, your finished MP4 files are delivered through a Google Drive link (processing usually takes about 4–6 weeks after you mail your tapes in). Open that link and download the video files to your computer. If you chose USB or DVD instead, we just need those files copied over — no need to touch your original tapes again.
