Whether you picked standard output or the AI-upscaled version, you've still got one long file per tape with no way to jump to a specific moment. We take those files and break them into chapters you can search — by event and description, with names and dates when available. You don't need to send the tapes anywhere again.
Getting Your Files From Capture
Where your Capture files actually are
Capture stores your finished files in its own MemoryCloud platform, with 90 days of free cloud access included, and delivers whichever quality tier you paid for — SD, HD, or 4K if you chose their AI upscaling. You can download the files directly from MemoryCloud, or from a USB Combo Drive if you ordered one. If you already paid for Capture's upscaling, you don't need our restoration add-on — just send us the files as they are and we'll add the chapters and highlight reels.
