KeepFrame ("we," "us") digitizes and organizes home video tapes for individual customers in the greater Houston area. This page explains what information and footage we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect

• Contact information you give us directly — name, email, and anything you tell us about your order (number of tapes, formats, etc.).
• Your physical tapes and the video/audio recorded on them — including footage of you, your family, and anyone else who appears on your tapes.

How we use it

• To digitize, organize, and return your archive to you.
• To follow up on your quote request and keep you updated on your order's status and delivery.
• Footage is processed entirely in-house here in Houston — it is never sent to any third-party AI or cloud service for analysis. We hold your family's privacy to the same standard we'd want for our own.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your footage or personal information.
• We don't use your footage for marketing without your separate, explicit permission (for example, if we ever ask to use an anonymized clip as a sample on this site).
• We don't share your tapes or files with anyone outside the order fulfillment process.

Footage of children

Many home videos include footage of minors. We rely on the adult submitting the tapes to have the authority to do so on behalf of their family. If you have a concern about footage involving a specific person, contact us and we'll work with you directly.

Retention & deletion

We keep your original tapes only until they're returned to you as part of your order. Digital files are retained long enough to complete and deliver your order, plus a reasonable backup window in case something needs to be re-sent. Email us at hello@wekeepframe.com if you'd like your files deleted sooner.

Third-party services

We use standard business tools to operate — for example, email hosting and website hosting providers — which may process contact information as part of running this service. We do not use these providers to process the actual video content of your tapes.
